1.Tickets and Registration
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organisers. Tickets are non-transferable without prior written consent from the organising team.
2.Event Changes
The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the event programme, speakers, venue, or schedule. Registered delegates will be notified of any material changes.
3.Event Cancellation
In the unlikely event that the ARISE Property Summit is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, registered delegates will be offered a full refund or credit towards a future event.
4.Conduct
All delegates are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times. The organisers reserve the right to remove any delegate whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, without refund.
5.Photography and Recording
By attending the event, delegates consent to being photographed and recorded for marketing and promotional purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
6.Liability
The organisers will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained at the event unless caused by the negligence of the organising team.
7.Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya.
